    I love to use my stair stepper - it does a good job of getting my heart rate up. I also like to use my ReboundAir rebounder (mini trapoline) and my Gazelle Elite. I'm just getting more into using my rebounder and am loving that!

Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
