Do a warm up prior.
plan to work the jogging hard. Trying to build speed.

Personal Information:
I use to feel so much better about myself. I did not even go swimming this last summer. I love swimming but felt bad about how I looked in the bathing suite.

For strength training I will be follow Mark Lauren's "You are your own gym" 10 week training program

Not at this time. I am busy with class work and lab. I stopped doing anything for a long time. I am trying to get back into now.

I love to use my stair stepper - it does a good job of getting my heart rate up. I also like to use my ReboundAir rebounder (mini trapoline) and my Gazelle Elite. I'm just getting more into using my rebounder and am loving that!

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
