My main goal is to keep off the 37 lbs I have lost since September 2007 and lose those last 12 lbs!!!

It is all about portion control and maintaining a consistent schedule at the gym. I do cardio at least 5x a week, if not more. In addition to machines and free weights, I also take both Body Pump and Biking classes 5X a week.
I live in Cockeysville with my roommate and her two cats....my personal life consists of the gym, reading, cooking, and hilarious dates!
It would be great to create new friendships with women who have the same goals....I would also like to find a work out partner.....to motivate AND be motivated!
