College Junior Losing For GOOD!

Throughout high school and college I have been packing on weight off and on. I can usually get my weight down to 140 or 135, but this time I am actually dedicated to the exercise as well as the dieting involved in weight loss. My goal is to run a 5K this October for breast cancer (running 5-6 mornings a week), eat more protein, fill up on veggies, and eat plenty of fruits! I have cut a large amount of carbs from my diet, and am focusing on filling myself with healthy fuel.
