You are already off to a good start, you've designed your page and joined some teams. Posting on the message boards of those teams will help you to meet people and make friends, who will become your biggest supporters.

It is important to commit to at least 15-20 minutes of exercise most days of the week. Tracking all of your food is also a big help, as it helps you to really see what you eat.
