Back in the Game

This is definetly not my first attemp at weight loss. Over the last couple of years I have been on crew with college. I got down to about 145 pounds, but as soon as the last season ended I started putting weight back on. I am currently about 15 pounds over my precious heaviest weight and looking to get back into dieting and excersize. I have a physical job, and want to be able to keep up with my colleagues and hopefully gain enough fitness to advance to an even more physically demanding ...

We are making a lot of progress over on the Cloverleaf team. We have almost finished the last challenge and are currently in second place. Log your cardio and help push us over the top. I, for one, am looking forward to moving on with the next challenge.
