My Goals:
I really want to lose some weight and focus on toning my upper body. I married my husband a few years ago and gained at least 25 pounds, I dont want to be the overweight shy wife, I want to be confident, and sexy. so , yeah i have the hardest time with my diet, and hanging out with the fellas all day at the tattoo parlor eating fast food for every meal is stopping NOW.
My Program:
I try to work out six days a week. I run three times a week for three miles, and I love the stair stepper. I also try to incorporate weight lifting and a resistant band routine somewhere in between. I recently injured my right knee so Ive gained some weight and had to really lighten up on my running.

I love to draw, oil paint, read watch cheesy horror movies, Harleys, getting tattooed, mike ness, baking, excercising and hanging out with my baby Bella.
