This is my Year

I'm 25yrs old 5.2 petite mommy of 2. I'm ready to take control of my weight for the sake of my Family's health history and also to look great at my sister's wedding. Hopefully this site can help me achieve my goal and find weight loss buddies for motivation as well.

The last weight I was after high school was 126lb. I got married and ofcourse started gaining weight. I had 2 unsuccessful pregnancies in 2003 and with all that depression I went up to 137. Got pregnant again in 2004 ...

The last weight I was after high school was 126lb. I got married and ofcourse started gaining weight. I had 2 unsuccessful pregnancies in 2003 and with all that depression I went up to 137. Got pregnant again in 2004 and by my ninth month I was 190lbs but very happy that my little girl was born. I did my best to workout with the help of my husband I went down to 141lbs. I found out I was pregnant again in Jan 2006 and with this pregnancy I tried to eat healthy but still managed to go up to 186lbs. Once my son was born I went down to 156 and has not changed for almost a year. I didn't have that much time or the motivation to go to the gym or go out for a stroll. I was new to the city with a newborn so really was not thinking about loosing weight at that time plus it was 115 outside (Arizona heat). Then my mind clicked. My sister told me that she was getting married and she wanted me to be the maid of honor. I was so happy but felt horrible about my weight that made me realize I needed to do something about it and with what better motivation. I got a membership to the gym at the end of last year and didn't do to well. Since the kids stay at home with me they got sick the first week at the gym because of all the bugs they weren't exposed to at home. With them getting sick every other weeks and the holidays passing by, it seemed pointless. I also ordered the slimin6 and the power90 but never had the time to do it.
This is a new year for me. I'm ready to transform in the person I once knew.. Myself

02.29/142/143 We've all been sick this past week so wasn't able to do my regular routine at the gym. 1lbs is pretty good !

03.07/142/ 144 Feel like I hit a brick wall. Is my calorie intake too low or too high? or am I building Muscle. I've been working out 2hours, burning 700 calories every day...I was sick last week and part of this week....NOt feeling as motivated as before. I need help!

03.15/144 Tom is here again. Another week at 144. Will be starting to drink the protein shakes again and up my meal calories to 1400 will see if that helps. Also will be doing more streangth training hopefully that will help too.

05.02/139 not a great week for me. kids are sick and Brother came to visit. Some one please kick my butt PLEASE!!! I don't have that much time left :(. Don't know where my motivation went.

12.18/130 Wow I've let my self go. I've gone from every day excercising to only 1-2 times a week. Going to school full time has put a toll on me. Next semester will be different... I need to learn from my mistakes..

MONDAYS

Mornings: run 2 miles go up and down bleachers 5 times

Evenings: 90m strength/cardio sportbox gym class

TUESDAYS

MOrnings: 30 strength training and 30 minutes or cardio

Evenings: 90m Cardio sportbox gym class

WEDNESDAYS

Mornings: run 2 miles go up and down bleachers 5 times

Evenings: 60m zumba class

THURSDAYS

MOrnings: 30 strength training and 30 minutes or cardio

Evenings: 90m Cardio sportbox gym class

FRIDAYS

Mornings: run 2 miles go up and down bleachers 5 times


Evenings:

SATURDAY or SUNDAY

Mornings: 5-7mile long run

Girl, you are an inspiration to me. I am pretty similar size, weight, age, etc. I am 5'3, and I used to be 115-120. After my first baby, I went down to 120. However, after my boy, I stayed at 155. I have been 155 for almost four years. I really want to go back to my normal self.

I am 23 years old, and a mother and wife, just like yourself. I am glad I found you, cause now I feel like it is possible to see the scale at 120 again. I can't believe you are in your 130s! That is truly awesome : ) Congratulations. I hope I can be as good as you!
