My Goals:
I would love to drop at least 40 pounds by the end of the summer at least.
My Program:
I'm changing my diet. No more fast food even when it is convenient because I'm too tired to cook. Plus adding more fruits, veggies and whole grains.

I'm from Houston, once considered the fattest city, but I no longer wanna be in that equation
