I have never heard of Turbo Fire....hmmm if you should buy it, let me know how it goes ok? And I fully support you getting those DVD's - the cardio max is a good buy. However I will say, once you get the hang of it, you mite get board But by the time that happens, you might already find something else you will be fitter and wanted to try, so it's a win win situation :)...
Glad that we are spark budds and look forward to hearing from you
Thank you for stopping by my thread. I will admit to you that I have not tried out my Cardio Max just yet however I did give it a run through. Just by that I think that it is a Good Buy and if I'm not mistaken not only does it give you a good cardio work out, I think it also incorporates using weights if you want too. I can check it again if you like.
Do take note that there are two cardio maxes (Cardio Max and Cardio Max Weight Loss - for now I have the Cardio Max).
Currently I'm using the BL Body Sculpt and that DVD is a Good Buy! - if you want to tone and sculpt.
I hope I have helped in someway, if you like we can stay Spark Budds and continue to exchange notes/information.
Have a God Bless Sunshine Day
