Getting Started

Hello everyone I'm never sure what to say on these things so I usually don't. But, here goes nothing. I'm not much of a dieter. Instead I choose to serve healthy well balanced meals to my family and see what happens. But I've noticed that we need to add a little more activity to our lifestyle. We don't usually have many "junk food" snacks in the house. But I've come to the conclusion that my meal planning could use some fine tunning to get to and maintain a more healthy weight.
