Hey Guys !!! I'm a 21 year old (soon to be 22) University student, with a long relationship with Sparkpeople. I think the first time I stumbled across this site I was about 15/16, and I have been struggling with my weight ever since then. Hey Guys !!! I'm a 21 year old (soon to be 22) University student, with a long relationship with Sparkpeople. I think the first time I stumbled across this site I was about 15/16, and I have been struggling with my weight ever since then. After a series of yo-yo diets, I finally got ready to shed the extra unwanted weight when I was 18 starting at 215lbs and getting to my lowest 190 ... I was more confident, happy and overall healthy ! That all changed when I came to University and over the course of 3 years and many crash diets, I am ready to stay on track and get back to that healthy frame.

My ultimate goal is to be between 140 and 145 so I plan on doing this in stages, and the first stage started on December 27th and will end on April 5th, with a goal of losing 27 lbs.

I don't plan to work out in the gym, because the life of a student is hard ... but I will do more workout DVD's and walking, and just keeping my spark alive just how it was when I was 18.
