first I'd love to Mention that I'm very happy with this place, I really feel that would be a good start for me, I'm in need for your support.
I have been over weight since fifth grad, that's when I stopped my daily exercise and left swimming school, and started overeating.
Years passed, I was 77kg by the age of 19, that's when I started starving my self TO LOSE THE WEIGHT, I admit making many mistakes, I lost some weight, and then I gained more and more weight.
Now, I'm 22 yr, 98kg, totally depressed and frustrated, wishing to lose the weight, regain my self confidence and to end my long health struggle.
I'm 25, A graphic designer, I live in Egypt, Cairo. I've been over weight almost all my life, And after I got out of a real bad relashionship, I felt I need a change, going on diet, exercising and making a life change. It would help me get over the past and live again.

Hi there! Thanks for adding me to your page! You are so young. You have so much life ahead of you. You can make this weight loss happen and be the best person you can be. Never quit! Never give up! First, thank you for the kind words. I'm glad Denise and I can help motivate you. Second, yes, it's 100% for real. Denise and I followed SparkPeople 100% for 9 straight months and were able to succeed with our goals. When we first started I didn't work out too much, but I did walk a lot (4-5 days per week). As I starting losing more weight I started working out more. I got to the point where I was working out 5-6 days per week. As long as you eat well and exercise 3-4 days a week you should be able to meet all your goals sooner than you think. Keep working at it and I'm sure you'll do great!
