    First, thank you for the kind words. I'm glad Denise and I can help motivate you. Second, yes, it's 100% for real. Denise and I followed SparkPeople 100% for 9 straight months and were able to succeed with our goals. When we first started I didn't work out too much, but I did walk a lot (4-5 days per week). As I starting losing more weight I started working out more. I got to the point where I was working out 5-6 days per week. As long as you eat well and exercise 3-4 days a week you should be able to meet all your goals sooner than you think. Keep working at it and I'm sure you'll do great!
