I have let myself go for too long! Emotions, lack of motivation and negativity have invaded my life for too long. The time for change is NOW!

I am using inches as a motivational tool, here's my measurements (as of 11/2/07)
Measurements:
Current Weight: 161
Upper Right Arm: 11.75
Upper Left Arm: 11.75
Neck: 13.5
Waist: 32
Hips: 38
Right Thigh: 23.5
Left Thigh: 24.5 (weird!)
Bust: 34

Amazing what 20 added pounds can do! I would have looked at these measurements with disdain and depression, but I have decided to put a spin on it with curiousity and fervor. I'm going to do my best!!

My Goals:
Strength train 2x/week.
Lose 20 pounds in 12 weeks.
Walk 30 minutes per day with my dog (who also needs to lose weight!)

My Program:
Start small and slow so I do not lose motivation

Personal Information:
I'm in Southern Oregon, where I can enjoy all 4 seasons and have almost immediate access to many outdoor activities (although you'll never see me on a pair of skis- unless its for a comedy routine).

Other Information:
I love music and have seen over 200 rock concerts. My favorites thus far have been Paul McCartney, Beck, Mudhoney, and Metallica :)
