Getting Fit

I just want to get really fit, enjoy my body, and live a healthy lifestyle. Since I have began working out I have really started to love it and really want to stay motivated to continue my good progress! I also love cooking and I'm always looking for new healthy recipes :)

My Goals:
I would like to maintain a regular exercise regimen and I want to always be mindful of good eating habits.

My Program:
I try to stay active. I do various activities to get exercise, I like to change it up. I do TurboJam, jog, rollerblade, bike, take long walks. I really like DVD workouts so sometimes I'll also pop in 30 Day Shred, Insanity, Sparkpeople, or a few other DVDs to get a workout from those :)

I also cook A LOT. I believe it helps me to keep an eye on my intake, and I can choose healthy foods to prepare! I eat out rarely, usually only special occasions or when I'm crammed for time.

Personal Information:
I'm currently living in the Detroit metro area with my boyfriend. I work and study a lot, but lately I have been been really good about finding the time for exercise.

Other Information:
I like music, going to school and getting good grades, learning new things, surfing the internet, cooking, fashion, and finding workouts that I enjoy :)

Thank you VERY much for your comments. It seems like sometimes I need to write things down for them to make sense, and hearing someone agree with my ramblings makes it all the better! I will focus on C25K for now, and maybe send back the 30 Day Shred until closer to November, when I finish up the C25K program.
