Hi, just wanted to say to hello as you browse through the many member pages.
I am new to the site and was a bit hesitant to join because starting my journey is a very tough one, especially when no one seems to understand your pain or even care but always want to criticize me for my size. It is hard going from 405 lbs of couch potato to a mobile potato but I will do it. I AM doing it and my heart is filled but at times I need a little support along the way.

My Goals:
My mission is better health and mental well being. Other include but not limited to:
1. Get off my medications.
2. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water per day.
3. Get a new SEXY profesional wardrobe.

My Program:
Coming from Couch Potatodom, I am
1. Drinking those 64 oz of water each day.
2. Utilizing portion control.
3. Becoming more active, starting at 10 minutes and moving up.
4. Stretching and doing Yoga.
Personal Information:
I am from Helena, AR but live in Columbus, GA. I am a 33 year old single mom of a 12 year old son. He is the reason I exist and I love him to death.
Other Information:
I enjoy many hobbies like crocheting, writing poetry, sewing, beading, and jewelry making. I also love music.
