I am gluten intolerante and I've been struggling. I just couldn't get it wrright. I got to the point that anything I ate got me tired.I started Paleo 6 weeks ago now. This diet is so easy to follow for me. The first week was an ajustment to learn the does and don't, the second week got better and now it's so easy. At the first meal I felt more energize. Many diet I've tryed whith no succes. To hard to follow, craving for chocalate, lack of energy.... So many people say the same for there diet. If the diet feels wright it's the one for you.
