My Program:
*Drink at least 100 oz. of H20 daily

*EAS Whey Protein shakes.

*30-35 grams of Fiber daily

*Cardio 6 days a week for 30 mins.

*HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for 20 mins. 6 days a week.

*Alternate upper and lower body workouts 6 days a week, along w/ strenght training.

*No fried or processed foods.

* Nothing white (ie, sugar, flour etc.) except fish and califlower

*1-2 cups of green/herbal tea daily.
