Decreasing the Flab Factor.

I've been trying to lose weight since March of last year and so far have been successful by editing out my take out regimen and substituting with packed lunches and lots of gym workouts and walking. So far I've lost 45 pounds and I have 4 more to go!! But I am ok with not losing any and just losing the pooch left on my tummy!

I am also a member of the Skinny Fat club... but not for long!

being the new person is tough, I think it took me 2 months to feel settled where I'm at. But my situation isn't really a normal one to judge by. Either way, it's definitely better to be new than to wonder why you're still at a job you should have left a long time ago. Lol, if I don't leave here ASAP i'm going to be in that category :-/
I never would've done the 10K on my own, but my friend found out about it and signed up by himself. And he'd never even run more than 2 miles before!! So that was motivating to me. I used to prefer running on the treadmill, but now I can't stand it for distance runs. I need some scenery to keep me going.

lol, I guess stress is bound to come out in weird ways. Yesterday I heard my boss do my weird purring sound, so now I'm going to have to find a new quirk ;-)
Thanks for the compliment, I'm still working on making that a before pic.
PS- how are you liking the new job?

Hi there. I just wanted to thank you for the video you posted on the forum a while ago about circuit training. It gave me a lot of ideas which I neglected to make a reality until today. Yes, I know, shame on me LOL Anyways: thanks. I burned 395 calories today by doing something similar to the video and am so proud of myself! I just wanted to say thank you for the motivation :)
