I am back now after almost a year away. I just had my second baby and am cleared by the doctor to resume my diet and exercise! I am having my down days and I am crazy busy, naturally, but I am excited to stop watching the scale go up and see it go down instead. This time I have my husband onboard, which makes me feel even better about my chances of losing this weight for good. My Goals:
I want to be at a happy, healthy weight. My goal weight is 137 pounds.

I want to have a happy, healthy, active family who spends time together (other than in front of the TV).

I want to be financially stable and out of debt.

I want to move into a house with more space.

My Program:
**Exercise 10 minutes a day** (More is okay, too!)

One day of water aerobics at the Y (to be started after my daughter's surgery) with my husband.

Track my calories *honestly* each day.

I will recognize the signs of myself giving up; i.e., not tracking, not moving, not planning, & not weighing.

I will weigh at least once a week, regardless of how "good" or "bad" I have been.

I was "in the neighborhood" (in an internet sort of way LOL) and thought I'd say good morning. How are you doing? Oh, & I forgot to tell you last time I was here how CUTE your personal trainer is.

my dog is a real "couch potato" so no help from him....
