glad to add you as a friend. Interested in some of the pages you are a member of. I can mentor you as an older woman who DID NOT take care of herself when she was your age, and encourage you to do so. (I am 56) and have grown children. But I want to be healthy and active for my grandchildren. (Only have one at the current time but hopefully will get more. Be encouraged.
