My Goals:
Short Term:Lose 30 Lbs by Nov. 1st.. Long Term:Eat healthy and exercise regularly to stay at target weight of 185 Lbs..
My Program:
Exercise daily by walking a minimum of 5 miles a day,and/or working on treadmill. Also do strength training with resistance bands, 4 times a week.
Personal Information:
My name is Larry and I live in upstate N.Y. I am 63 years old and have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. My wife passed away in March of 2008 from Breast Cancer.
