My Goals:
My #1 goal is a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

My Program:
I strive for clean eating (no preservatives and little to no processing) 80% of the time. Most of my exercise is walking or to videos. I walk a fair amount in the course of my work day. While I am maintaining, SparkPeople's 5% Challenges help keep me on track as far as eating and activity.

Personal Information:
I work with adults with developmental disabilities. I am not only helping myself get and stay fit, I am helping them make healthy choices.

I'm currently into iPhonography, recycled art, knitting, crocheting, reading, and writing.

Other Information:
"Do or do not. There is no try." --Yoda

"Whether you think you can or can't, you're right." --Henry Ford

"All things in moderation." -- no reliable source

Hi. I saw your spark activity tracker review. I am thinking of buying one and have a question: does the pedometer have to be calibrated for the number of steps per 10 feet like other pedometers do? Thanks
