    Hi, you didn't leave me hanging...I dropped out of the team. I do not do well with a goal of a certain number of pounds...my goals have to relate to what I can actually control! So I am just weighing in once a month and trying to get into a consistent program.!     Ok Buddy. I'm starting tomorrow with a weigh in and I'll probably have to adjust my ticker UP a bit...my goal is 1#/week. My program is to log my food, walk 30 minutes 5 days/week aiming for at least 5,000 steps/day for this week and limit sweets and salt. Please keep me posted on your goals and plan! emoticon
