Smaller portions, tons more fruits and veggies, only whole grains and lean meat or fish. I started with exercise videos during winter months in warmer times I run 3-4 miles at least 2 times a week and rollerblade at least 3 times a week plus strength training with hand weights for upper body and lunges, squats, crunches and pleas for lower body.
My name is Kristine I am 36, a SAHM of 2 small children (daughter 4 and son 2). We live in the Detroit area, but hope to relocate to Florida soon. I work part-time as the "jewelry lady" doing direct sales jewelry--which I love. It gets me out of the hosue and helps maintain my sanity!
I read a ton when I have time, love to garden and truly enjoy spending time doing things with my family.
