My Goals:
My first goal is to start making healthy eating choices and to do some physical activity daily.

My Program:
I am trying to do at least 30 mins of cardio daily and weight training at least twice a week. My diet consists of lots of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean protein. Eating healthy is delicious!!

Other Information:

I am so glad ot hear you are doing well. I am good as well but very very busy. I am such a people pleaser and I just can;t stand to let people down, and that often means I don;t say "no" enough and have 1000 things I am juggling.

It seems we are having the opposite problems I am doing ok with my food, however I am so busy I am finding it hard to up my excersise. I am hoping to get a treadmill in my house very soon and that should help.

Im so happy I heard form you, and that you are doing well. Keep in touch girlie!
