By the Grace of God...

I believe that God has given us the foods that can help us live long healthy lives. Organic real foods are the focus. Raw milk if we can get it. Less processed foods. Preferably none, but at least less. No HFCS. No GMO. No hormones or antibiotics in my food!

Health and fitness are lifestyle choices. Not one size fits all. Do what is right (not necessarily what is easy) for your family as I do for mine.

My Program:
anti-candida diet:
Gluten, dairy, alcohol, caffiene, sugar, any molds or fungus, nuts and fruits are removed entirely from the diet for four weeks. Slow and partial return after candida is in check.

Other Information:
Consciously persevere.

Think about it...or it will not happen.

You'll love the Face the Gingerbread game! I saw it on TV last year on Minute to Win it so I googled it this year to help me remember the rules. It was so funny! There's lots of games on line for family Christmas parties ~ I started adding a few several years ago and my nieces and nephews love them ~ and I'm talking ages 12 up to 34! have fun!

Thank you for the comment on my blog. :) When I had my baby in Sept (after gaining 27 lbs), I lost 17 within the first week but then....nothing, nada, zero. It was quite depressing because I assumed I would lose more gradually. But, no worries! I just want to be healthy and fit now and not obsessed with the scale!

Oh, I like your idea about the things to have on hand. :)
