Hi, I'm Rissa. I'm doing good here on Spark People. I'm in the 210's now, something I haven't been since the early 2000's. I'm looking forward to being in Onderland soon... I'm trying to lose weight slowly but surely. I've lost over 36 pounds so far... and looking forward to losing more. I want to get to about 160 pounds.

My Goals:
I would like to be in the 160 pound range, and to be able to run a 5k again. My ultimate goal is to do a marathon.

My Program:
I have the same thing for dinner every night- baked chicken with some sort of veggies. One good meal a day is the best way to start :)

Our daughter has about 6 more hours in the air till she lands in Honolulu. I can't wait for her to send pictures. I have been filled with emotions the past two days. After having a great cleaning day on Thursday, I ended up being very stressed out and anxious about having the grandkids here. I'm not feeling up to entertaining them for a week. I don't know what to feed them. I am stuffing my face with crap whenever I get a chance. I took a step back from that for a few minutes, thinking I might write a blog. Before blogging, I usually go back and say hi to everyone who commented on my past blog.

It has rained for two days and that makes me down, on top of the other stressors. I am feeling sad that I am not the one taking the trip. No matter how good I feel about letting my daughter do the trip instead of me, I wish it were me. Sorry for complaining. I just know you are a good listener and have experience with emotions, and things that get you down.

I hope your weekend is a good one!
