Sapphire Beauties Challenger

Up Up and Away! Slowly but surely my weight has gone up since I was a kid. Mostly from emotional problems. I am nearly ready to lose weight. I am worried about showing weakness in front of others, fear of being taken advantaged. My thirties will make or break me.

11/18/2010 - Met 20# weight loss goal. Yay!!!! Just in time to get to Harry Potter!!

My Goals:
My first goal is to fit into all the clothes I own, particularly my work/dress clothes. Not sure how many pounds that equates to. I also want my knees to feel better.

My Program:
To start out with I am using HCG drops to get some pounds off.

Personal Information:
When I lose enough weight I think I can become an athelete. I have a need for speed that is not being quenched currently due to limitations of size. My 100 pound lose reward will be learning to ride a bike.

Last Day to get your fitness minutes in before reporting day. Remember the bonus for ITC is 60 minutes of exercise this week. If you haven't done any Strength Training this week, find time today to fit in at least 30 minutes. Building muscle helps burn fat faster.
