Tired of being big!
Hey all, my name is Angie, and i work full time and go to grad school partime!!! So my life has been busy the last couple years. I have had alot of twist an turns in the last year of mylife that has contributed to my current weight total. STRESS! INSECURITY! and many more... WHen i first joing Spark people back in 2007 I lost 40 pounds here in like 4 months... I have of cours gained it all back and more... I also tried other diets and just the ooo watching what u eat and every time i get down ...

WHen i first joing Spark people back in 2007 I lost 40 pounds here in like 4 months... I have of cours gained it all back and more... I also tried other diets and just the ooo watching what u eat and every time i get down 30 to 35 pounds i always stop and gain it all back..this last year i was losing weight and then while i was down 30 pounds i had to get emergency surgery on my gall bladder and sooo now im at my heavyiest!And Im backkkkkkk there are going to be alot of changes in 2013 I hopefully god willing will be graduating with my masters and turning 30 in April!!!!! uggh getting old sucks but being big or bigger even sucks the worst. so this means i need to lose some weight in order for me to have a fresh start in life. I am literally 100 pounds over my weight requirement, so im trying spark people and see if this would work for me. At this point, i need all the support i can get! I have always been a THICK girl when i was growing up i knew that if i wanted a skinny waste i would have to work at it.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 95 pounds...lol...no i really mean it! my goal may be far fetched but its not... i can do this...
My Program:
I eat breakfast with an alli pill then i take lunch with an alli pill and dinner with an alli pill. My lunches and dinners are basically SmartOnes frozen dishes where they show you the calories on the front its really a great way to keep track of your calories. I drink water all day everyday. I try and do 40 mins workouts on the treadmill...when i snack between meals cus im a snacker i try and snack on 100 or 90 calorie snacks..
Personal Information:
Im a recent college grad..Im 24 years old and I pretty much live on my own...and losing weight is the best self esteem booster.. i feel great and soon i will be looking great... i also love spreading the word about SP and hopefully it will bring joy and satisfaction as it does for me.
Other Information:
I used to hate this saying " A moment on the lips a life time on the hips" now i say to my self better him then me"
