My Goals:
I want to be healthy and have a very long life. But I also want to be able to wear my JEANS and not have that darn MUFFIN TOP!! AAARRRRRGGG!
I have hips...I can't help that...=P

My Program:
Run/exercise 4 days a week, drink more H2O a day, eat more fruits and veggies, and play outside.

Personal Information:
I am 25 years old and I have come to grips on the realization that my metabolism isn't what it was 10 years ago!
I live out in Los Angeles, CA but I am an East Coast girl all the way!! And as for living in LA, the lifestyle of the rich and famous, is a load of crock in my opinion! =P I'm just out here in school for my license as an RVT (Vet Tech).

Other Information:
I love animals!
I have one cat right now... and a boyfriend... living in my small apartment. And thats all I can afford!
I have a horse back on the East Coast who i miss a lot! He's my neurotic little painted pony!

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this first step to getting healthy. Here, you will recieve lots of info on how to change your life for good. There also is many sparkers waiting to welcome you and encourage you while you are on this journey. Don't let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks to really feel like you know what you are doing. The most important thing I can say to you is NEVER GIVE UP. No matter how many times you may fall, just pick yourself up and keep going. Find teams that will meet your needs. Then post everyday. This will help keep you accountable. Find those who have lost the weight. I like hanging out with them because they did it. If you need anything just let me know. If I don't know the answer I will help find it.
