Hi Sandy, Thanks for the response. For some reason I've not been keeping track of our Tri-City team. I would like to walk with them, and will check that out, thanks. Walking in the evening is a good idea, but not if one shops. I've been walking there at 8 am and the stores are not open yet...that helps a bunch.
Terrible thing, but I am not good at exercising alone, so I use friends or the Court Club. Through our medicare policy we also signed up for Kia Ora.
Even I have a bunch of exercise tapes in my bedroom by the T.V.
The good thing is that I did not gain any weight over the holidays......I'm sure it's because of my daily walking.
My 4 children and their families treated me to a wonderful surprise on my 70th birthday, on New Years.
I love walking in the Seattle area. My daughter lives in Renton. I walked there with her until she came down with seritarthitus. (SP.)
We will be happy to hear what you will be doing in Seattle.
After I write my 4 thank you letters, I'll start my exercising.
Good to hear from you.

No I don't walk outside in this type of weather. I do Walk Away the Pounds dvd and workout with My fitness coach on the Wii and do the Richard Simmons Dvds.
The others have been walking at the mall, just started this week. They walked on Tuesday evening and they have another walk planned on Saturday morning at 7:30 if you want to meet up with them they are going to meet at the play area by JC pennys I think, anyway Lynne has the time and locations of the walks on the team page under activities on the first section of the forums you can check it out there.
I spend to much money at the mall so I only go when with Hubby cause then I know not to spend to much. Good to hear from you, are you still doing the thing at Costco? I am so ready for spring, but this year Hubby and I will be in Seattle for his work all summer. Bummer, but exciting as I get to meet up with my friends there for hikes on the trails. Well got to take something out of the freezer for dinner chat soon. Sandy
