My name is LapinBlanc and I am a 23 year old woman who is going to college for medicine. I either want to be a neurologist or a neuroanesthesiologist. I am semi-perfectionist but I have no self discipline. I measure at 5'9.75 with body measurements of 39-28-40 and weigh 160. I have a BMI of 23.

The pictures to the left are those from about six months ago at weight 143 or so.

My issue is weight flucuation. I will get on some program and do well and then something will happen in life and will fall off it. I lose weight well if I get on such a program but it is difficult to maintain a routine long enough to lose the weight. My life is chaotic; I move randomly (being like that of every six months or so without warning), my jobs are inconsistent, and until recently I had not been consisently in college.

By sight I am considered a slim girl but I am not healthy nor actually in shape. I need help and maybe if I come to a website focused on this type of thing I will find someone like me or people who will take the time to disregard the fact that I my weight is not a reflection of their weight. That it is my own problem and that it is a problem and I need help.

So I am putting myself on this path and am making it a goal to show up to this site once a day every day so I will be accountable for myself and my health habits in a way that can be seen.

My Goals:
My goal is to be tone, in good cardiovascular health, and have good eating habits. I want to train myself to have discipline and possess habits that will keep me healthy and fit as I age.

My Program:
I am going to start with P90X at home and running when school starts back up again because that is where my gym is. Also, if I can make enough money to, I am go to restart my pole dancing class attendance.
