A journey for a lifetime

I am trying hard to make this journey something that I can use for the rest of my life. I don't want to cut anything out of my diet but I want to use moderation and portion control to see me through. I also know for me to lose weight I have to incorporate my exercise along with eating in moderation. I need at minimum 30 minutes of exercise 3 times of week and they have to be good workouts, not just 30 minutes on the clock. I know I can and will succeed.

Lanie, you're so very welcome for the June gift. You earned it. :)
Your dogs look like they are great family members too. I'm sure they must LOVE going for daily walks with you. You're doing GREAT with waking up and getting your aerobics in early 2 mornings so far this week. Good for you! I'm proud of you!! Thanks for the Sparkgoodie gift of flip flops. I love to wear those, so it's a perfect thing you left for me. :)
