THIS IS IT!!

I am a 62 years old and am very dissatisfied about the way I look and my health. I am into everything, on the go all the time, as I am an owner of a very small real estate firm in upstate NY(close to Canada).My weight has just went out of control with all the luncheons, dinners and etc. I need help from a group that understands how I feel. My husband has given up on me as I start a diet and then I'm off it. No will power. I need all the help and support I can to get my old life back and feel ...

emoticon Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.
We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
All we can do is take it one day, one bite, one pound at a time.

Thanks!! I was really down yesterday as my husband lost 12 pounds to my 3 pounds. It is so easy for him and he thinks I don't try. As he said he could care less about me having a Marilyn Monroe body , its my health he worries about as I have circulation problems and high blood pressure. I'm usually never reveal to anyone how I feel. I really believe this group is for me, it was like an omen because I had never heard of it until yesterday. Today I'm myself cheery and very positive that I can loose the weight with my new buddies. Thanks so very muchhhhhhhhhhhh!! emoticon
