onederlands - Here I come

I''m setting a small, reachable goal this time. I always tend to "bite off more than I can chew" and give up before reaching the finish line. Not this time! My goal is to get back in the onederlands. 199 lbs in 1 month. I''m going to work my butt off literally. I''m following the whole 30 plan and will be adding exercise and movement to my days. No more mindless eating in front of the TV. I am also committed to getting rid of one bag of stuff per day. We have way too many things in our house ...

My Goals:
I am determined to improve my energy level so that I can enjoy being active with my family. I have 2 boys that are very active & I want to set an example for them as well as keep up with them.

My Program:
I am tracking my goals, food intake, and exercise. I have become very aware of my habits & the changes I can make to help me meet my goals.

Other Information:
I love to cook! I am learning to make changes to my recipies to adapt them to a new, healthier way of cooking while not sacrificing taste.
