Starting Slowly
I've been on and off Sparkpeople for around four years. In the beginning of that time I accomplished my goals, and then had to start all over again after my second child. I've found it difficult to lose the baby weight after losing it already-It feels unfair, it feels like, wait, but I already did all the hard work and I got to where I was going and now I'm back at the beginning? I know my weight is something that I'll have to work on all my life but I wasn't any happier at 150 than I am at ...
I've been on and off Sparkpeople for around four years. In the beginning of that time I accomplished my goals, and then had to start all over again after my second child. I've found it difficult to lose the baby weight after losing it already-It feels unfair, it feels like, wait, but I already did all the hard work and I got to where I was going and now I'm back at the beginning? I know my weight is something that I'll have to work on all my life but I wasn't any happier at 150 than I am at 210. I was just smaller. So there are two things that I know-I have to find the motivation somewhere inside of me, and it has to be about more than just weight.
