    I read your comment on the Daily Spark blog about not doing a certain exercise in public and I have to say that you are wrong in your self assessment.

    You said you "felt like a whale" and that sent me to your SparkPage. Your pictures there disprove your notion. Instead of a "whale", my perception is you are much more like a sleek and powerful porpoise (and they are my favorite sea creatures).

    You have done a fantastic job on your weight loss journey and you should feel really good at what you have accomplished.

    When I feel that I haven't done enough to reach my goals or that I have failed, I have found that finding someplace where there are large groups of people that I can compare myself to is really uplifting. I am not like that young man who is my height but weighs more than two of me. I don't have a bum that needs 2 1/2 seats on an airplane.

    At 67 and overweight, I look better than many, many 30 somethings.

    This isn't to say that you should give up on losing more weight, but YL, if you were my daughter, I would be very, very proud of your accomplishments!
