Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

Hi Lamoura
My mother was sick so I was staying with her for the last week.
She is doing much better now, she had us scared.
I left off at week 14 of Turbo Fire so next week I am going to pick up from there.
How is everything with you.

Hi LaDelle! I know! I feel so awesome - feel like I have my life back. I think it is so awesome that we are both doing so well and seeing improvements. We definitely must keep it up!!

Awesome job with Lift It Hiit It Legs! I'm going to have to try those soon. I'm checking in with my bootcamp workout completed for today. Loved it - little bit of jump rope and a lot of leg work!

emoticon got the dvds today...I'm suppose to do them starting tomorrow...I'm doing it with my friend so we will see...I mean i will differently do it know matter what but it might be out of order...when I do the weight lifting part I will use the wimpy 5 pounds weight to make sure I'm not hurting my shoulder again...so are you ready

Hi LaDelle! Yesterday was a bootcamp workout (it's the last week). Today is cardio today so I did Turbo Fire: Fire 30 Class and HiiT 15 Class. One awesome thing with the bootcamp is my endurance is improving - before the bootcamp, I had a hard time getting through Fire 30 without having to stop multiple times. This time I only stopped once and it was because my calves were seizing up.

Awesome job with Low Impact HiiT and Upper Body!

Oh yeah and another 2 lbs gone!
