Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

I am on week 3 of the Body Beast... it's slow going because I am getting back into strength training but at least I am doing something. I am walking daily but want to get in a kickboxing/boxing workout in this week... maybe over the weekend! emoticon

Hi LaDelle! Allergies are the worst and can really impact all your results so glad you were able to pinpoint what was causing the problem as it is so hard sometimes.

Great job with the Peak 10 Cardio Strength and Ripped with HiiT bonus abs!!

I'm checking in with Turbo Kick: Best of Volume 5 and PiYo: Define Lower Body. Turbo Kick was so fun. Love Turbo. Really liking PiYo a lot more now too since my fitness is improving and I can do more. lol

Hi LaDelle! Work has been crazy and stressful so haven't been posting as much. I'm still doing my workouts. I repeated all my bootcamp workouts and have just finished 2 weeks of her I Want My Bikini Body Express workouts. They are tough! The next bootcamp starts Monday so looking forward to 12 new workouts.

So far the eating is OK - could be better and could be worse. I have lost 19 lbs so far and am holding. Need to get back into it to keep going!

How is your foot?

Hi LaDelle,

Day 23 of my reset and so far I have done Chest/Tri's & Back/Bi's of Body Beast. .. Legs is this evening and I will do shoulders tomorrow. So far I really like this program, very well structured. I have to space my workouts a little more because of the soreness, but that's the beauty of split training, and that will improve as I get stronger.

Regarding STS in August, of course you can join me. Terri and I had planned on doing this together and this is prep for me building up to STS. So yes, the more the merrier! emoticon

Well, I want to stop by Nancy's Sparkpage before starting work, so I will check in with you later. I am posting in the Torture Chamber during the week under the Body Beast challenge thread, you can check out my progress there if you like.
