Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

Hi LaDelle, hope all is well with you.... here is what I have been up to:

Saturday: Legs emoticon

Sunday: Cathe MMA heavy bag workout emoticon ... fun! emoticon

Monday: Chest/Tri's and Shoulder [... took a couple of sets from both Chest/tri's/Shoulders and combined them into one exercise routine... ] emoticon

Scheduled:
Tuesday: cardio/core

Wed: Back/Bi's

Thurs: cardio/core

Friday: LEGS

Hopefully I can keep up with this schedule!

Hi LaDelle,

checking in with Valerie Waters: Red Carpet Ready bootcamp workout yesterday and Turbo Kick: Best of Volume 7 today.

I picked up a lot of Turbo Kick workouts from eBay. Two years ago or so, it seemed like a lot of instructors were selling them so I managed to pick up quite a few (PiYo and Hip Hop Hustle too). Seems to have slowed down but the newer releases are usually posted every 3-4 months. They tend to be $$ but if you watch and wait, you can usually get them at decent prices.

Awesome job with The Firm Express workouts! I might have to start adding a few of those into my schedule.

Hi LaDelle! Great job with Step Heat! I'm certain you will build up your endurance pretty quickly again. Consistency is key!

I'm checking in with Turbo Kick: Best of Volume 6 for my workout today. Love it!

thank goodness I'm not coughing (yet)..and I hate the taste of cough drops...so I have to be very desperate to eat one..like when I'm coughing to death and I get the strong drops that really work...cause there are those that are like candy and they don't work.

I use throat spray which works better.

I have been exercising with Leslie Sansone and the elliptical at the very light and easy level

well it started with a tickle in the nose, then headache and earache...and was trying to ignore the pain hoping it would go away...went to a movie ...then I went on a walk and boy I wasn't feeling well kinda dizzy so the walk was short...woke up one morning with the worst sore throat...well now I'm starting to feel better.

wow wee those artificial sweeteners can be bad...your drink sounds yummy. Boy you must have been one sick friend to think you had cancer.
