I haven't done much of Cathe's weights, I have done her step workouts. Her workouts seem a bit equipment heavy. I don't have room for a ton of stuff. I have Jari Love, KCM and some others I can't think of at the moment Oh and P90X.
Classical Stretch is Miranda Esmonde-White's workouts. They show them on PBS. It's kind of a mix of pilates, yoga, tai chi, ballet and barre. I will see how it goes for the 30 days to report on how I feel. 125 days ago
Classical Stretch is different. It really does work your muscles in a different way. I was shocked I had DOMS lol. Seriously, I'm coming off a KCM rotation so I was feeling pretty good. CS definitely works the muscles differently. I'm committed for 30 days. I hope to survive 126 days ago
