Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Your not the only one that is swamped...Finally the piano is stripped and now its sanding time.

My foot is getting better, I tripped on something I think (I can't even remember) I did in the morning, said ouch and went on with the day the foot normal then that evening ouchy all of a sudden pain lots of pain.

Sorry you were feeling yuckie and sad and glad you have your uncle to cheer you up...I don't think house cleaning helps ones mood...lol but I bet exercise does.
