Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Hey LaDelle - sorry for not being online the past couple of weeks. Work was super busy and I was getting home so late and then last week I got sick (right before my vacation of course) and then I was away for a couple of days.

Needless to say, I have to get back on track and taking better care of myself.

finally got the leg fixed on the piano so now its on three legs...still stripping the old finish off...going to do the rest of the parts tomorrow morning....and oh brother its getting HOT again...I was dripping in sweat today just doing a little work in the garage...its a night mare cause there is NO ROOM in the garage.

the good thing is that a student bought a piano and now there is one less piano in the garage (well its in the living room..ready to be tuned)

There are two extra tables (besides the dinning room table) in the dinning room....one table is holding that action (so we don't step or bump into it) and maybe some other parts and the other table is for working on parts like unscrewing the hinges off the parts, ect

oh boy this is sooo much fun....yea right

Good job on the exercise so is it raining there or you just had some time?

so what are you doing?

Hi LaDelle, thanks for stopping by. Checking in with COMBAT the 30 minute basic workout this morning... I forgot how much I like that workout... but I reviewed the 45 minute one and like that one even better, I will be doing that one next!

I bought the replacement carpet for a unit that I am trying to rent, hopefully I will find a renter soon, I really need the money, so many expenses this year, that's why I couldn't do the garden this year.

... anyway, I hope that you have been enjoying your weekend. I am getting ready to batch cook for the week. My boss took our dept. out to lunch Friday and I tried a dish called Voodoo chicken... chicken breast, andouille sausage, in a cream sauce (... similar to Alfredo), sliced mixed bell peppers over a bed of white rice. It was delicious. I am looking online for the recipe now.

Hi LaDelle, thanks for stopping by. I have been walking, but I have also had problems with my truncal lymphedema so I have been in a lot of pain this week and could not do anything else but walk. It's better today so I may try to do something later on.

Good for you on staying on track. I want to really be consistent with my strength training, but I will most likely be doing the pilates thing right now.... its all good though, one way or another I will be getting it in! emoticon

What are you plans for the weekend?

You mentioned that you posted a pic of your garden but I checked your photo gallery and didn' t see one. I hope you post another one for me to see. I didn't do anything this year, hopefully I will be able to do something next year.

Well, I have Empire coming over to install some carpet so I have to get dressed. Have a great weekend and I will stop by when I get a chance.

I said this on the page and I'm saying it again...Hey I thought exercise is exercise no matter how long or tough and as long as we are trying our best (your approximate words)...am I right or what...lol

so what gives...I have only been doing my elliptical but I have also been working on a piano and have just enough energy to do the elliptical... oh boy the piano stuff is hard and a big pain in the butt (but not exactly and bun burner...hehe that sounded funny)

so just go on a walk already and count it as exercise with no apologies...you got it, good...lol
