Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Long term goals...be a healthy fit size six!!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

My Program:
Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

Hi LaDelle! Hope your heel gets better really soon! Great plan - you can still do upper body workouts and focus on that until it gets better.

I'm setting a new goal for the next 6 weeks to stay on track and lose even more. Checking in with one of the workouts from the bootcamp.

Hi LaDelle! My bootcamp is now over and I've lost 12.2 lbs and 9.25" inches!! I've lost more inches in additional areas to measure but the 9.25 inches are the main areas. I'm repeating the bootcamp workouts starting tomorrow.

Checking in today with Jessica Smith: Latin Dance Walk and Melt Method: Rebalance getting started sequence. Latin Dance Walk was fun and perfect for a light cardio day.

Hi LaDelle! That's exactly what I'm going to do. A couple of other people from the bootcamp and I are going to repeat the workouts until the next one starts in May (everyone is signing up again). I'll definitely be keeping all the workouts to repeat many times. :)

Sorry to hear about the heel - hope it heals up quickly. It's great that you are doing well with the eating so taking a few days off from workouts will not be a big deal.

My eating is still really good - 27 days and counting of staying on track and no bingeing! I guess that's why I'm seeing results. lol

Hey I'm doing good...didn't do the 21 day fix cause my friend is still sick but I've been doing other stuff.

I have some piano students who come in coughing and so I'm been on the verge of getting sick...eeekkkk

oh boy I'm soooo busy with piano recital stuff coming up.

I have lots of lessons on Sunday.

so what are you up to?

Hi LaDelle, just stopping by to see how you are doing. I have been having a few problems, visit to ER Monday and other things, but today I feel good.

I see you are keeping up with the workouts. I have been walking to work every day this week, so I got in about 5 hours of walking/exercise. Hope to do some kickboxing or boxing tomorrow.
