Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

Hey LaDelle, thanks for checking in. Yes, I have known about Bodybuilding.com for years, I order my protein powder from them, Gold Standard brand. I love the website and have learned a lot from the many articles and training demonstrations.

I first heard about it througb a emoticon who actually followed a diet and weight lifting program and got amazing results. Basically she did HIIT workouts for 20 minutes 2 - 3X's per week alternated with weight lifting/strength training.

I stayed home from work today, but I got in 2 workouts today, pilates reformer lower body w/resistance and Pilates Arc, Core 1 & Core 2. (about 40 minutes total)

Well, time to get ready for bed. Have a nice night emoticon

Hi LaDelle! Awesome job with the carb cycling and STS workouts! I think it's great that you found the bodybuilding.com site and it is working so well for you - keep up the great work!!
