Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Hi LaDelle, thanks for stopping by. Good for you emoticon on the workouts. I love COMBAT I will have to fit it into my rotation! ... haven't done any of these workouts for awhile now.

REST for me today. Grocery shopping ... DONE!... now I have to think about what I am going to batch cook for the week.

Tomorrow morning I plan to do a cardio workout and in the evening maybe some pilates, we'll see.

I did Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn. Even though it's tough with those drills it has those little breaks so you can have a sip of water. Still loving burpees emoticon I haven't decided yet what to do on Friday, but probably some cardio without weights, and Saturday is rest day at home.

Hi LaDelle, sorry for being MIA, I have actually fallen asleep every day this week when I got home and not gotten on the computer.

I have been getting my walks in, and I just told Nancy that I am going to start doing pilates workouts because being low carb my energy is kind of low and lifting weights is not going to work right now. But I can get a great workout in with the pilates (body weight only) as well as using the pilates reformer with pulley/tension and dvd workouts. I also have pilates mat workouts and the pilates ring and ball(s).

Well, time to get some sleep... I see you are getting it in! Keep up the good work!... talk to you tomorrow.

hey, strength training is good and hey I really need to do that sometime...

Yep i remember all the stuff you couldn't eat (or shouldn't eat...lol)

oh boy I'm stripping a piano ...yuck and stinky and very messy

now I'm getting ready to go to a double feature movie (2 movies) for the planet of the apes....yippy...so i had to get the exercise and the 10,000 steps in before I go (done) and get my fruits and veggies ready (ok i walked in the kitchen while getting the stuff ready...lol)

I usually bring fruit and either a few crackers or bar (I'm sure what to call them) and drink a small amount of pop...but this is waaay longer so I'm getting a veggie burger and then I'm also bringing some peas in the pod and red pepper (they are easy to eat and taste good with nothing on them) and a small bottle of water.

hey i know were to go if I need some veggies...hehehe

Weather's been really hot here, so an air conditioner would be nice emoticon Of course I've been doing my Firms, but they feel much tougher than usual emoticon

I just made the first order from Total Fitness DVDs (thanks again for the link!), Firm Classics vol 1 & 3 and TransFirm Your Body. Shipping takes 2-3 weeks, but I'm pretty sure it's worth waiting emoticon
