Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Current Status:
LAMOURA did UFIT Ultra Lean Upper Body plus P57 express 30 minute full body workout today! TUFF STUFF! Sweated buckets and leg were shaking!! Loved it..well sorta...loved that it was done lol!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

My Program:
Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

Hey LaDelle - awesome workouts! I asked this in the Torture Chambers team but I'll ask here too - how did you like the UFit workouts? I've had them for awhile but haven't gotten around to them. They look good! P57 is tough!

I'm checking in with Turbo Jam: Turbo Sculpt - felt great after a long day like today.

I put the dvds in my computer so I can watch tv while I'm exercising and so I don't hear the dvds (I use ear phones on my computer...the speaker aren't very loud...and I don't feel like plunging in my good speakers in) I just watch...lol

well we will get our stamina back ...

ok I have been doing Leslie Sansone (I have various dvds of hers from 1-4 miles) and I usually do the 1 mile then the elliptical in the morning and then either during the day or the evening I try to do another dvd around ten minutes and today I did a Denise Austins personal Training System...it was pretty neat first you did some cardo then some weight lifting (while still moving)
