Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

My Program:
Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

I took a break from the gym this week. I am doing Bob Harper workouts, some of the Insanity workouts and Jeanette Jenkins Bikini workout.

I am doing a staycation. THis is week 2. Two workouts a day is my goal too as I have hit a plateau. All the best with this new workout programme!

good for you for getting the exercise in.

whew i just did 10 minutes on the trampoline

i have been having the stomach flu...yuck...but I still have been doing some exercise...all though some days were less than others

Ok the Christmas stuff is almost put away (I have some in my room, and the kitchen...lol) everything is down but just not in the box yet...I have to get it in the box just so or it wont fit.

I nade some soup (check my bog) I still need blog about the other soup, I froze some and just finish the rest of it and now I got to make more. Oh I made some yummy smoothies.

I'm going to start P90 sometime this week...I think I'm doing it twice a week

Hi LaDelle, I am so happy to hear that you are feeling and breathing better. I am asthmatic and have had bouts of bronchitis and understand the congestion in the lungs, wheezing... etc... can be very scary stuff.

Don't rush it, just ease back into the routine, no need to hurry. You still need your energy to continue to recover. Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.
