Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

... a quick check-in, I'm at work. Yes, I did Chest/tri's yesterday and I love it. I am lifting really light right now, but I still got a good workout in because of all the sets/reps. This is great prep for STS in August.

Are you booing cause I'm didn't write back? I was going to but was just too tiered to type...kept falling asleep reading on the computer so I finally just went to bed.

So how is your foot doing?

The only stevia I have used is these free packets i get from the store (I get one free when they have some out and I have a few packets) well I'm trying to remember what i use it on....maybe some tea. I don't think the stevia had a flavoring.

Oh you don't have any fun shopping...and you do sooo much shopping...lol...I'm not to fond of shopping either...but it does get me out of the house.

oh hey I have been doing the 21 day fix...I'm on the second dvd. The weather is soo nice so I've been going on walks...one day it rained a little while on the walk ...boy those hills are killers, makes for tough workout.

Just finished P90X3!! It's an awesome workout that can be done in 30min! You should give it a try. I think you would like it! It's my new favourite!!

Hi LaDelle, thanks for stopping by. All is well, starting the Body Beast challenge in the Torture Chamber tomorrow... I am excited, this is the first time that I have done it.

I am happy to hear that you were able to get a good workout in despite the low energy and your foot. Being careful is ok you were able to get it in and that's what counts! emoticon
