Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Hey LaDelle - thanks! I figured my spark page was due for an update. lol Lots of walking while shopping is definitely a workout. I had a day like that last week and I was sore after! lol

Awesome job with PiYo Sculpt! So glad you are enjoying these workouts too. I really like them and I decided I was going to follow the 60 day rotation on its own to ease back into working out. I like that you get a great workout but feel energized after. Definitely what I need right now.

well while your up to your neck with plants, weeds and bugs...I'm up to my neck with stripping piano parts, tapping up piano parts, sanding piano parts, spraying piano parts (oh the smells)...oh yeah I still have to teach lessons and there is a group lesson coming up (bad news is I have to get ready for it...good news I have next week off)...

I'm sure you have many grand kids running everywhere...lol

Its amazing we get any exercise in at all...i have two goals for exercise...get 40 minute of elliptical (20 in the morning and 20 in the evening) and 10,000 step and boy that can be very tough. One day I got 15,000 steps in with 20 minutes of elliptical, I was soooooo tiered that I did skip the evening elliptical (well I also have this weird rash in a bad place and it makes walking hard)

I'm just trying to survive and get the piano done....ha there is another one to do...good grief

Oh yeah I moved a piano with a hurt foot (well its getting better) but the shoes I usually wear was hurting my foot, the shoes I was wearing in the garage are not good for piano moving (too slippery)... so lets wear sandals...haha not really... I found a pair of tennis shoes that didn't hurt the foot (with many shoes, I better find a pair)

Hey LaDelle, Good for you on the workout! emoticon I went bike riding on the lake front with my son this morning. It was beautiful!... I will post pics of the scenery. I burned 765 calories in 1 hour and 49 minutes! I am done for the day. Now I am trying to figure out what to batch cook for this weeks lunch.

Well, I am on my way to say "HI" to Nancy. Talk to you later...
