I am Lacee. I LOVE my life, but there's one thing that I need to change before it's too late... & that's my Health. I am a 20 year old Nursing Student & a full time Nursing Assistant. Needless to say, I am going through some stressful times in my life & carrying this extra weight isn't helping!

I love to dance, but wont do it in public. I feel self conscience about my body while I am sitting, standing, laying, walking, skipping, driving, biking, hiking, swimming, singing, laughing, crying- Ha! I'm sure you catch the drift... I just want to stop worrying about how I look & finally LIVE. Oh, & I am sick of being all of the hot guys' best friend & not their girlfriend, dammit! ;)

I have been a Vegetarian for 2 & 1/2 years. My eating habits have improved drastically since I made the change! I feel so much healthier. I can definitely notice the change in my attitude, moods, acne, etc. Unfortunately, I am not losing weight like I want to. Working out hasn't been a daily priority for me but I am ready to make it one!

I follow the Weight Watchers plan. I make sure that I eat within my points values & healthy food guidelines daily.

I run on nice days & work out at Anytime Fitness on not-so-nice days.

I love the outdoors, People, Animals, Vegetables & the MadCity.

    hey gurl hey! i'm glad i could be of some help for motivation is kinda lacking lately, but thankfully i'm SUPER active these days with roller derby, occasional running, moving out of my apartment and a serving job at a restaurant...i feel like i'm always on my feet! (that's probably a good thing, lol!)

    anyway, keep up the good can do it! i've taken "vacations" too...i'm just excited for this hellish summer weather to be gonesville so i can start running outside and actually enjoying it! yay for fall!

    things are okay right now...just finishing up my student teaching, so now my life can get back to normal!

    YESSS!!!! Good luck on the 8K! You will do AMAZINGLY!!!!!!!! I am so motivated by your success with running- I need to drop some serious pounds here haha- maybe I should try running faster... hehe. But seriously, thanks for all the kind words on my page, I am really excited about your first race- you'll never forget it but take lots of pics and I can't wait to hear how it goes! You will rock!
