My goals are to lead a healthy life-style. I have done this at times in my life but eventually emotional eating got the best of me. This time my attitude is different. I want to live healthy- mind, soul and body.
My recent program has been extremely simple. If I complicate things, it becomes overwhelming. So I keep it simple. Portion Control Include more fruits/vegetable. Don't be too hard on myelf. Use supports. Remind myself daily of my reason for beginning this journey.
