Build a full body set of muscles while losing 90 pounds.

weight training, eating healthy, interval cardio, yoga, walking, running and tabatas, hill sprints, sprints, stair sprints, sprinty sprints, burpees, handstands, pushups, pullups, chinups, deadlifts, squats, presses etc etc

oh and not eating like an idiot
