My Goals:
Build a full body set of muscles while losing 90 pounds.
My Program:
weight training, eating healthy, interval cardio, yoga, walking, running and tabatas, hill sprints, sprints, stair sprints, sprinty sprints, burpees, handstands, pushups, pullups, chinups, deadlifts, squats, presses etc etc oh and not eating like an idiot

I live in Baltimore. I make noises with instruments formerly thought to be "musical." I would describe myself as an asshole, but 1. some people like me anyway, and 2. most people don't realize it when they meet me in person
