FIRST GOAL

Initially my goal was eighty pounds. Consistency with tracking, exercising and maintaining Spark relationships helped me to reach fifty two pounds of it. Life and sometimes injury happens. I've maintained thirty two pounds of the reduction. I've started and stopped several times with mixed results. Returning to Spark People is my source. I am encouraged and pushed into the track each time and I don't have as far to go as I have come. Recently I started a sedentary job. I an being inventive to get as much activity in as possible to compensate. I park at the opposite end of the quad and at the far end of the parking lot to get in about one quarter of my daily steps goal. On the road again!
