Hello weightloss friends!!!!!!!! My name is Gris, I am in my twenties and glad to have found Spark People!
The journey to health has been amazing so far, and I enjoy learning everyday and making positive changes in my life. To get to a healthy weight of 115 - 130. I want to look good, feel good, and know that I've made the lifestyle changes that will help me live life to the fullest.
My Program:
I have made a transition to leading a vegetarian lifestyle, to buying primarily organic foods, to drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day, and to working out a minimum of five hours a week.
Personal Information:
I am originally from Lawndale, CA (near the LAX). I moved out when I was 18 and lived in Santa Barbara, CA for five years. Now I've moved back to Lawndale until I find a new job and a new place to live. I love California!!!
