My Goals:
My weight is 145 pounds and I want to lose 10 pounds. It has been very hard for me to reach my goal, but with SparkPeople I know I will. I also want to improve my health because I have high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure.

My Program:
I started a running program 4 days per week with a combination of strength training that I found in the Sparkpeople web site. I am trying a 1,500 cal portion control diet with the help of the Sparkpeople food tracker.
