I have tried just about everything to lose weight. I love SparkPeople. I love the advice I receive on the website and in the emails. I love looking at the SparkPages other users have created. They keep me going when I start to doubt that I can do this. What I love most about SparkPeople is that the emphasis is not placed on weight loss. The emphasis is placed on having a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Hopefully this will be the key to success that I need. My fingers are crossed...

I would like to develop healthy eating habits and lose enough weight to be healthy.

My Program:
I am counting calories and trying to stay in the range provided by SparkPeople.

I'm also trying to exercise five times per week. (Three days of cardio and two days of weight training.)
