Welcome! If you need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've been on SP for just over four months now and am amazed at the absolutely incredible amount of support I've received. This is a fabulous site and you will be astounded at what you get out of it if you give it your all. From recent experiences I can absolutely say that there is no mountain too high to get over, no hole too deep to get out of. And cliches aside, you are truly capable of anything!

I saw your post on the Virtual Weigh In Team's thread about progress. Don't get discouraged! Yes, the scale is so important; but, try to focus on the positive things you are doing to be healthier! Eating more fruit/verge, drinking more water, moving more, all of it is important! Also, measure yourself so you can track the changes in your body as well. The added weight didn't happen overnight and it (unfortunately) won't come off nearly as quickly as we would like. We need to eat less and move more and stay positive! emoticon
