LaLa WILL LOOSE!!

Hello! I'm a personal/private chef, mother of 3 and a busy person overall!

I went Vegetarian/Vegan back in 2012, shed 35 pounds and gained most of it back when I fell off the wagon in 2013. As of February 1, 2014 I am 215 pounds and want to lose 65 pounds by years end.

Update---7/27/14

To date, I am now 172.8 lbs, 45 pounds lost, 21 more pounds to go.

I track EVERYTHING I eat on an online diary (S Health on my Samsung Galaxy 4, MyFitnessPal and SparkPeople)

I exercise at least 6 times weekly for at least 45 minutes; My goal is to incorporate 2 days of strength training in those 6 days
